1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "298pkr," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 298pkr platform at 298pkr.vip, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the 298pkr website at 298pkr.vip, including the sportsbook, casino, slots lobby, live dealer section, Astar Live section, rewards programme, and all associated services and functionality.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 298pkr Platform.
• "Player," "you," or "your" means any natural person who registers for or uses a 298pkr account.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money PKR funds held in a Player's 298pkr account, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 298pkr, clicking any acceptance checkbox during the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You have read and agree to the 298pkr Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information you provide to 298pkr is accurate, current, and complete.

298pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register a 298pkr account and to access any real-money product on the Platform. 298pkr conducts mandatory age verification during the registration process and prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform under any circumstances.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

3.3 Excluded Persons

• Persons who have been permanently banned by 298pkr for violation of these Terms;

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 298pkr. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 298pkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.2 Account Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 298pkr login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 298pkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 298pkr support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

298pkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable belief of a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or regulatory obligation. In the event of account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the Player subject to completion of identity verification and subject to any applicable regulatory holds.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

298pkr is required by its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered Players. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any time at 298pkr's discretion.

5.1 Required Documents

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A copy of a valid government-issued identification document (CNIC is the standard document for Pakistani players);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the past three months);
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet used for deposit);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document, where required by the compliance team.

5.2 Verification Timeframes

298pkr aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take longer. Players will be notified of the verification outcome by email or live chat.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

298pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and supported cryptocurrency channels. 298pkr reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set for each payment method and are displayed on the cashier page within your 298pkr account. These limits may be adjusted for verified accounts or VIP-tier Players. 298pkr reserves the right to amend transaction limits at its sole discretion.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed by 298pkr:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified;
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations or holds;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the withdrawal limits applicable to your account tier;
• Funds must be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name.

6.4 Processing Times

298pkr aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 2 to 4 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours depending on network conditions. These timeframes are targets and are not guarantees.

6.5 Currency

All 298pkr account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified in writing. 298pkr does not perform currency conversions on standard PKR-denominated accounts.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 298pkr are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a 298pkr account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or to the combined deposit and bonus amount as specified in the promotion terms. Contribution rates vary by game type and are set out in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting or abusing 298pkr bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using automated software to progress wagering — will have their bonuses forfeited and their account suspended. 298pkr's determination of bonus abuse shall be final.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not claimed within the specified claim window, and wagering requirements not completed within the specified completion window, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your 298pkr account without notice.

7.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

298pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated mid-course, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable. The ongoing existence of a promotion cannot be guaranteed.

8 Sportsbook Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the 298pkr sportsbook, including PSL cricket, UFC, football, and all other markets, are subject to the 298pkr Sports Betting Rules as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules for that sport and market.

8.2 Bet Acceptance

298pkr reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit bet acceptance confirmation displayed within your account. An unfulfilled bet slip does not constitute an accepted wager.

8.3 Void Bets

298pkr reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, integrity concerns, or where a bet was placed using credentials not belonging to the account holder. Voided bets are returned to the account balance as stake credit.

8.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on the 298pkr sportsbook. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. 298pkr reserves the right to apply personalised limits to individual accounts at its discretion.

8.5 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets on PSL cricket, UFC events, and other live sports are subject to suspension during key game events. 298pkr takes no responsibility for bets placed or not placed due to delays in live odds updates or temporary market suspension during in-play events.

9 Casino and Slot Rules

All casino games available through the 298pkr Casino and Slots lobbies — including live dealer games, RNG table games, and slot titles — are operated in accordance with the rules of the individual game as supplied by the game provider and certified by an independent testing laboratory. The house edge and RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel.

9.1 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction in any casino or slot game, 298pkr reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the Players' accounts. Winnings generated during a game malfunction may be voided. 298pkr will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by game malfunctions.

9.2 Game Availability

298pkr does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed from the Platform without notice due to provider licensing changes, technical issues, or regulatory requirements.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 298pkr Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identities;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of account registration or verification;
• Using another person's payment method to fund your 298pkr account;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime in connection with the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or accelerate wagering requirement completion;
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to generate artificial winnings;
• Placing bets or playing casino games for the purpose of satisfying bonus wagering requirements without genuine risk (commonly known as bonus abuse or bonus hunting);
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction applied to your account.

11 Responsible Gaming

298pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under its international gaming licence seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 298pkr.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 298pkr's liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided shall be limited to the amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

298pkr shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss;
• Loss arising from a Player's inability to access the Platform due to network issues, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond 298pkr's reasonable control;
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 298pkr's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

298pkr collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the 298pkr Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of financial transaction data, betting activity, and identification documents submitted for KYC purposes. 298pkr will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where required by law, regulation, or legitimate operational necessity (such as payment processing and fraud prevention services).

15 Amendments to These Terms

298pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 298pkr will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email notification or a notice displayed upon login. For minor or administrative changes, 298pkr may update the Terms without advance notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. 16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 298pkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 298pkr's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated by 298pkr's licensing authority.
